"Sunny Khatav was the best realtor for us! He was a very forthcoming straight-shooter all along the way in terms of sending us pages of other listings for comparisons, offering advice and experience on the nuances of the process, etc. That was all very helpful and assuring to us. I had full confidence that Sunny knew the market and how to best position our folks’ condo.He also went to bat for us to get extra days from the staging company at no charge, in order to do a couple of additional open houses for us. I never once doubted his ability to bring this across the finish line, and we’re all relieved to get this done by the “holiday dark time” for selling homes. None of us wanted to crank this back up again in January with who-knows-what type of economy, etc. So, things work out for a reason.We laud Sunny for his professionalism, expertise, and extra efforts on our behalf."
